Privacy Policy — PrintPoz Order Downloader

This extension is used by signed-in PrintPoz dealer and brand accounts to automatically
download order images to the user's computer.

Data collected
- Account email address, entered by the user to sign in.
- Account password, only if "Keep me signed in" is enabled, so the extension can
  re-authenticate when the session expires. It is stored in the browser's local
  extension storage on the user's own device and is never transmitted anywhere except
  to PrintPoz's own sign-in endpoint.
- A session token issued by PrintPoz after sign-in.
- Order metadata (order number, customer name, store name) needed to name local
  download folders.

How data is used
All of the above is used solely to sign in, retrieve the account's own orders, and
download that account's own order images. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties,
or used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond this.

Where data goes
All data stays on the user's device, in the browser's local extension storage, except
for the sign-in request itself, which is sent to PrintPoz's own API
(apis.printpoz.com), the same backend the user's PrintPoz account already uses.

Retention and removal
Uninstalling the extension or signing out removes the stored session and, if saved,
the stored credentials. There is no server-side copy kept by this extension.
